Don’t just ask what a salesperson can do for you, but what you can do for them.
Better working incentives will attract a greater pool of candidates and give you the most chance of attracting the best talent. This includes being prepared to pay at or above market compensation, and offering more than just a job.
Think about the job description from the point of view of a highly qualified candidate, and not just from the perspective of what you require from them.
